Foster Flyer

Lauren Prince, Editor in Chief
Lauren Prince, senior at Foster High School, serves at Editor-in-Chief of the Foster Flyer. She started writing newspaper articles in 6th grade and knew that she wanted to continue. In 8th grade, she became the editor-in-chief for the newspaper at her junior high, and Lauren decided to join journalism for high school. She joined the staff in 10th grade and served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief her 11th grade year. Writing stories has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember and she loves it. Without magazine, she doesn’t know where she would be. Not only does she participate in magazine, but she is also a member of National Honor Society and works at Regal Grand Parkway 22 as well as Texas Roadhouse. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, sleeping, and watching Netflix. Lauren’s goal for this year, the first year for the online site, is to get out great stories and important news as quickly as possible and as interesting as possible for the students at Foster.
